Ever think about tweaking this a little more? Like a name change, for one. Maybe the Paladin or something.
I tested it only having this mod installed and it kept crashing.
Is "original crusader" a mod? Or is this referring to the default crusader in-game?
Does this mod rework the default Crusader or not...?
Mainly the upturned visor for the idle and walking animations.
The tip of the visor still retains the bit of shadow denoting the going-back-around that the original crusader asset has, which doesn't take into account the slightly different perspective when it's turned up.
I went ahead and adjusted it up a bit on my own, and a few other things while I was at it. (The face sprite under the helmet is the same as is used for the camping sprite, which doesn't properly take into account how the helmet would occlude the brow area, in my opinion.)

If you want, I could share the idle and walking assets for each pallet with just the fixed visor. Or alternatively the ones that include the changes to the brow as well.
Although, in that case, being usable in the middle 2 ranks would probably be more suitable than the front 2.
At +20 prot, -20 stress BoP's got some high values, considering BoF's total of +30 prot with the additional (arguable) downside of the self mark.
Were it up to me, I'd probably bring BoP down to +10 prot, -20 stress or +20 prot, -10 stress.
In general, as far as battle long party buffs go, I'd be hesitant to go past a total of 30% at max level when it comes to values, considering the Man-at-arms' Bolster as a kind of benchmark at 10 dodge and -20 stress.
Furthermore, since the game has a tendency to always round up, with 3 separate values on something like Light of Hope, it'd always be valuable in some way, even at just 10% for +prot, +heals and -stress each. Basically 3 quirks in one.
For instance, at just 10% + healing received, due to how heals received works specifically, it'll already increase something like the Flagellant's reclaim regen from 4 to 5 per tick. Just +10% should also be pretty effective at reaching breakpoints for chunky single target heals, too.
While the more or less original versions of this were the sort of crusader style stress healer I've been hoping for, the crimson court set that you've devised gives it that extra synergy with the Crusader that allows for the use of holy lance as a way of dispatching the enemy back lines.
And at an acceptable cost at that.
Very good.
