Should try the other ISIL foothold missions, even the original which uses the Iraqi Syrian Conflict mod, that mission is the first one i built, the CUP version here was the last version i built, theres also a no mod version with just vanilla assets and the map itself.

Very large update btw!
Guys if you really like the mission especially considering how many times i've updated it, please rate, this mission was 6 months in the making.
Also I'm working on another update for this btw, need to fix a couple of things i found and do something else i found lacking, so stay tuned!
As for the radio antenna, it starts at one spot and then is moved to a random position at the start of the mission so it will be in either compounds 1, 2, 3 or 4.
My suggestion is to find a place to get high and use your binos if you have them and look around, you should see it sticking up in one of the compounds.
Also where is this bloody Radio Antenna?

Both. I really feel the problem is in my PC or in my settings. All in all I don't need switching because I can play all the mission by one character, using saved games.

So your saying add more roaming infantry patrols? Mission already has 3 patrols among the compounds and they do seek you out, the objective of the mission is to clear the compounds and eliminate the other objectives such as the commander, cache, radio tower etc,.
Adding more patrols imo defeats the purpose of going for the compounds and clearing them, i could add one more patrol but anymore then it may effect performance.
As for the pickup truck its an objective task to destroy it, the only reason the truck would go to the base is if you used a helicopter to go to the compound areas otherwise the truck wont go to the base most times because the heli flying attracts the truck, it only happens to me when i fly with heli, if i go on foot/vehicle truck wont go to the base, so its a matter of strategy, plus the base is setup to defend itself, all by design. Just to note its v1.17 because this version was built off of the original which i had just updated to v1.17 so it has all the latest fixes, adjustments, and additions that the original has.
The CUP version here just replaces all the enemy soldiers, statics, vehicles, and weapons with CUP mod assets.
