One of the models for the Schutzen which the mod relies on was taken down assuming you subscribe to the content pack on collections.

the only way you can make them shoot there guns is by making them use any other vj base firearm but it has to be vj base for it to work

You could find it in Panzer Elite Info Box here (Can't post the link to the actual link because of Steam) As for the NPCs, they are hostile based on the other NPCs allegiance so its the addon itself.
