This is exactly what I was looking for. I'm learning how to write the logic and this was very insightful, thank you. I can't figure out how come it doesn't work sometimes though. I'm guessing its how the units are flagged but I'm not entirely sure how that works. I tried using your flag message and reset schematic but that didn't work. Assuming some of the code gets stuck in a loop if there are no available units or resources, is there a way to reset the processors?
