Using Rusted Pack File Manager, delete the same file in SFO's .pack that's in this mod.

Hey Fifty, I want the opposite effect of your mod, to let wood elves and beastmen to fight in their vanilla maps. I am using SFO and this mod already apply this change, do you know how can I revert it back to vanilla?

What you'd want to do, is just make a global effect bundle, that sets ambush success chance to -9999, and ambush defence chance to +9999.

At the start of the player's turn, go through every faction and apply the effect bundle to them. Ez.

Hi, since the Silence and Fury update, AI in all ambush battles is bugged. They just don't know what to do and seem like they are in siege defense mode - keep reforming and never charge forward while bombarded by artilleries and spells. Is it possible to make a mod that entirely disables ambush maps and replace them with normal battles? Thanks!!

It should be simple enough to do it for Dark Elves, since they are a game 2 race IIRC. I'd just cut it out.

The great herd seems a bit redundant to me. I much prefer having my vassals take over the settlements, and having my Beastmen be the only game in town. A rare marauding force .

Hey Fifty, are you able to do something simmilar to DElves and their Black arks map, so it'll be a usual island map instead or may be Ark map only when attacked... perhaps something different if you have an idea.

Also, since this is one of the Anyndel's mods, have you saw his "The great herd" mod ? If so, what do you think about it ?

Nope, just updated to make absolutely sure the changes brought by 10.1 and 10.2 were incorporated. There were a couple map battle fixes, and it only takes thirty seconds to update the mod, so figured why not.

protip: this mod is integrated with SFO, if you try to run them alongside it will crash.

Thank you for this, I usually have 40-60 fps but beastmen ambush maps drop me down to ~5 fps

I've no interest in making such a mod. If anything, I've been mulling over a counter-chaos invasion by Nakai, which I'll be working on once I've fixed a glaring bug with the chaos invasion script.

When you are bored of the game and burnt out, it's completely understandable to not want to do upkeep for a bunch of mods. I burnt out the same with Skyrim and Conan Exiles.
