This is a great mod. Can you add an option for 0.1x tradition/tech cost? I tried editing the file myself but it's still stuck at 0.2 as the lowest.

Hi, nothing changed, so I've just updated the supported version to v3.6.*

Could you increase the max on tech/tradition cost to 25x or at least 10x?
