if you want to try arma again i modded the living hell out of it and its like a totally different game.
250+ mods on the public server info is in there, really suggest just popping in and seing what its like there.
its a middle east war setting liberation mission.

@Sniper-san i need to know the classnames of the ammo types (it's not on the wiki yet). if they work the same way as the 40mm ones (timing, lenth of the effect and brightness wise) it should be a matter of just updating the list.

some of the new lume rifle grenades dont work as good as the 40mm lumes, may be worth looking into at least.

@Zay after having tried and failed to use CBA keybinds framework I don't think this will happen. Even if I try using my own routine for that it will only bring more annoyances and bugs.

Love this mod, was my go-to for more realism with chemlights and flares! Any chance we can get the flashlight as a keybind like __ + __ ??
I find that the scroll wheel to use the flashlight can get in the way sometimes.

@Sniper-san that is intentional, chemlights create a lightsource wich would interfere with my effects and wich I cannot delete/disable through script commands. I was also trying to find the config entry for chemlights but found nothing useful. The only option was to replace the chemlights with something else once they are lit. After some testing I found the pen to be most suitable for that as it looks similar enough and more importantly has a large enough hitbox so that it doesn't glitch underground.

everything seems to be working as intended for now. i did notice that the models for the items once the lights are thrown are pens, any ETA on the fix for that? not the biggest deal.

seems to be a issue with them not working in MP for other players. if a friend throws the item i cannot see it

@Jamaal IR chemlights are from ACE mod I take it. I did not plan to support ACE nor do does it appear possible to script an IR lightsource. I think only config edits could do such a thing. For that, perhaps talking to the ACE mod team directly will help.
