Fair enugh but Civilization plays out in modern day as well and If any town would be the most important of all times in småland I would say t is Kalmar. Anything but Växjö.

Back in the day Jönköping was not the most influencial city in Småland, in fact, it was occupied by the Swedes. It was impossible to capture because of the fort.

+5% combat strength in only forest is pretty neglible when you combare it to englands +1 range. May I suggest just a woodsmen promotion or 50% defence in forests and maybe jungles?

I would not say that it is underpowered, although, the bonuses does not always seem to work.

The forest bowman seems underpowered, how about they get th woodsmen promotion instead?

33rd: Det kan hända att jag gör fler mods, men då måste det finnas historia, ledare, flaggor, och annat som gör det enkelt att göra en ny civilization i spelet. Småland har till exempel en egen flagga, har vart ett eget land med ledaren Nils Dacke osv, vilket gjorde det enkelt. :)
Kan tänka mig att göra Skåne just nu, men jag får läsa på om det finns några fler kanske.
