Impossible to Buy a square in a captured cities
Also some kind of a problem with Sea Doctrine technology. Previous bug #11 is happens only with that technology

All bugs that I had detected:
1. City states drops relations till 0 in 1 turn.:csgox:
2. Imposible to decline war with city states if they were allies with your enemy at that time, you become an eternal enemy:d2bloodseeker:
3. Imposible to burn captured cities.:steamsalty:
4. Even if AI wants to become a vassal its imposible because of value of trade is -999 999 (old problem:steambored:)
5. Imposible to build an embassy with great emissar - he just stands still:tank:

Hi, an issue I keep running into are fixed-turn crashes where the game will crash at the exact same time unless I start a new game (tonight, turn 74 on game 1, turn 2 on game 2...)
Through Windbg I traced the issue back to CvGameCore_Expansion2.dll and it' root : MODS\__Gaia's Core Mod__ (v 600)\CvGameCore_Expansion2.dll
I have not found any mention of that specific issue so hopefully this can help

Hi, I don't know why, but at the moment I install the mod, two ModUserData files are created and breakes the game moments after I start the first turn

I played through the issues noted below. I found that for the great emissary the first turn build an embassy then the next turn conduct a mission and that creates the effect of the an embassy. It does allow building multiple embassies moving up the base influence each time.

The AI got into the atomic age for a few turns then the game just quits. During one of the AI's turns.

The relationship with the city state drops to 0 after each turn + Their pictures has broken and red. How to fix it? I'm not the only one who's noticed this problem.

Obviously the city state glitch is something to fix, but also on the victory progress page it says that every victory type is disabled (when they're not) which overlaps with the other overlays

I really like the mod and i put off the update for a while because i didnt want to add any possible issues and once i did i now have an unplayable game x( idk what to do

@Alex_Poland I have semi-full version 542. The only mods missing are more great works, adding them tends to risk crashes at late game. And I think Avian and Ocean resources don't work?

One way to get rid of the city state bugs/issue is to just not play with any city states and just use more AI Civs in your next play through. Highly recommend turning off the feature that automatically has your caravans build roads because they build them to the AI Civs and the city states, which will bankrupt your own civ.

I don't know when you plan on updating the mod, but if you don't want to update it anytime soon, if you could upload an older version of the mod somehow that would be good. Maybe like a version 1-2 months old? The current version is kinda unplayable, and it's a shame because I can't play without this mod anymore :D

I used to have zero crashes or UI issues but now we do.

Good to know. Oh well.

Currently running into an issue where the unit icon/flag for the portugese two-handed swordsman seems to be causing some sort of error, namely whenever I hover over it (thus preventing me from attacking those units at all)
not entirely insurmountable, except the fact that I got myself into a war with portugal, and now I can't really fight them effectively, at least not until they upgrade their units. which is going to be a while.

Is this something I could potentially fix on my own through messing with the files (like the city-state influence issue) and if so, how would I go about fixing it?

@Evian at some point, that trick won't work anymore. Depending on how far you are.

Mine is usually at around Medieval Era.

Update to the below: scrolling through some older comments lead to the suggestion to

Save, return to main menu, and then reload the save to fix the city-state GUI issue, which has worked!

Fortunately I have a good PC, so cycling a save doesn't take very long. Leaving this here for anyone else looking for a solution to that problem until it gets patched!

While I am aware that many others have already reported the 'red background' city-state error, and thus that for the most part it's just something I'm going to have to live with, it is causing a particularly vexing issue wherein I cannot end my war with a major civ's city-state allies, due to said civ refusing to let me include their allies in the peace deal, and the city-states obviously not having a functioning UI through which I might end the war normally.

Would anyone be able to offer a suggestion as to how I might fix this issue? If it comes down to it I'm willing to just deal with it, it's not gamebreaking or anything, but if anyone knows a way to make peace with a city-state without clicking on it directly, I'd appreciate the help.

The red screen on City States disappears by reloading the game from the main menu but I can't find any fix for the disappearing influence on the city states after one turn, so I left a couple of games unfinished. Amazing work nonetheless, thanks

there's a CTD bug when you exit to main menu, and sometimes when turns rollover from city-states to the player's next turn. I know this is a great mod from experience, looking forward to playing it again in the future, keep up the good work!

Unfortunately most, but not all, of the city-states still seem affected by the blank red portrait bug along with other info not being specific. Also encountered the bug with city-state favor disappearing a turn after completing a quest, although this was with the regular version of core if that matters.

Must-have mod for Civ 5 in my opinion. Thank you for your amazing work.

I do have just one question: How is War Score calculated? It seems it's always at either 0 or in the slight negatives for me.

Sometimes capturing cities does not result in the annex/puppet/raze menu. Cities are automatically annexed but their citizens cannot be manually assigned. Possibly happens when capturing a city with a melee ship (not fully tested).

posting some feedback in case it helps:

- City state influence bar description is gone (sometimes all screen gets red and messy) - also city state wonders not working or showing in description
- whenever Georgia is in game i get this error : "Unable to load texture [UFlag_GAIA_GEORGIA_KNIGHT.dds] . What i noticed is that that unit was not in my visible area, it was quite far away from me on the map, and it came out around 2 times each 15 turns, so i'm guessing the error happens whenever that unit spawns for the AI.
- after 2-300 turns, workers get around 25-30 possible improvements that show missplaced descriptions.
- Kongo civilization always crashes at turn 154, being unable to re-load the game afterwards.
- some resources (bonus, luxury and strategic) get different bonuses. For example I had stone on a hill that provided with 2 food and 5 production, and another one right next to it, still on a hill, only providing 3 production ( i thought maybe you set that on purpose )

Hovering over a unit does not pop the unit's stats. Rather, it pops up the tooltip for the latest action, or the latest tile.

Correction... The Hussar, which is the Austrian Cavalry replacement, has melee promotions. Everything else in that line has ranged promotions.

Tradition completion ability (can buy great engineer starting in industrial era): does not work.
Mounted Range promotion trees: cavalry has Range , everything else in that line has March, including the Austrian Hussar (which replaces Cavalry). The initial mounted archer has range 2, everything else has range 1.

Religious UI broken: there are no active beliefs despite the presence of two active religions (returning to the main menu and back temporarily fixes it, similar to other UI issues).

The broken city state UI appears to be a consequence of game restarts. Start a game, hit ESC, hit restart game, look for a city state, you should see no popup from the meeting and when you click on it the UI will be borked.

Game launches fine the first time and is able to start a round. After exiting it crashes each time I try to launch after that. Only solution is to delete all files and re-validate
