I have found a workaround, maybe it works for you too. It's a bit tedious, but hey. Whenever I want to build through impassable terrain (I only tested it with water), after building one tile, save and close. Then relaunch the game and build the next tile. Maybe you just need to save, back to menu and load it again without restarting the game, but so far I have always restarted it. Please give feedback if this workaround works for you too.

[1.5] Back in May (30.05), I reported that I was unable to make a continuous construction through impassable terrain. It builts the first piece of road and then either the caravan moves onto that tile automatically due to construction and is unable to move away in either direction, or it doesn't move onto the tile in the first place. I can now report the same building Glitterworld bridges over water.

Is there a dependency to another mod to enable this feature or is it broken within this mod?

I am uncertain how to report this, as it doesn't trigger errors or anything, it just won't let your caravan move onto impassable tiles despite the roads.

i think they are the same thing as you can pick up the building and take it with you. just a different way of getting the same thing i guess.

@-=Ice=- The building version was developed first, and the crafted version was added later. I'd guess the building was left in place to avoid breaking games in progress.

There are 2 variants:
1) Buildings-> Power -> AISR2G (stationary building)
2) Road Equipment -> AISR2G (pocket item)
Whats the difference? Due to description they do the same but var 1 is just ~twice more expensive.
