As long as you don't follow the original author's preset path, the air walls in front of both the warehouse doors and the small roller shutters will always be there. I think the original author should set the warehouse doors to be indestructible and remove the touch-to-open method of the small roller shutters. Additionally, sometimes zombies spawn in areas that have been cleared by players, or even directly in front of them.
