Couple of things. I noticed that chattel slaves can be rentiers and disengaged workers. This seems a little odd but maybe that a quirk of stellaris. I am not sure most of the slave bonuses are working. I have both triple profit and tyrant's chain. I don't see the job efficiency bonuses or the bonus slave pop resource output. Also, triple profits'consumer goods upkeep for elites doesn't look like it is applying. I assume we can put most of this under the fact that slavery is still pretty broken currently but figured I should report this regardless.

In fact, most of the modules in version 4.0 are upward compatible. Perhaps you can give it a try?

And, I have tried to reproduce the bug you mentioned, but neither I nor the members of the discussion group were able to reproduce the content you provided. Perhaps you should check the ID of the blank event again in the console debugtooltip.

The mod you mentioned has added a higher level of technology, but due to code limitations, I can only provide you with technology up to level 5 (similar to the original version)

Hey, I love the mod, I decided to try out the Light of Glory origin with the Transcendence civic. I am playing with a fair amount of mods, particularly Gigastructures, ACOT, and Dawn of Ascension. When you reach the end of the unity situation that grants you tech, it can give you repeatables. However, when you research them, it also permanently lets you continue down the repeatable line. The situation appears to then favour just giving you free repeatable technology instead of new techs, though it still does, just not as often as it originally did. I wondered if there was something I had to do to change this?

Version 4.0.10 is seriously outdated, now it is 4.0.21. You need to know that every update of Paradox 4.0 is fixing the problems caused by their arrogance

Just a heads up. There is a bug with version 4.0.10 and this mod. Something in the coding is causing a constant blank event pop-up, and it refers to ethic_notice.2, which was an update where you removed anime leaders or something in 2023/9/27 according to what's written on it.

Not sure if it's just me having this issue or not.

Looks like the magus job output might not have been scaled appropriately. They are producing 882 of each research at the start of the game. I am using (Arcane World/Legion of the fallen/Research Knights/Arcane throne).

I don't think it scales with admin capacity, or atleast i don't think that's the only reason since the Commonwealth of Man has around 58 empire size while the admin capacity is around 68 at game start, but the edict still cost negative, also some of them like for example Surplus Appropriation edict cost is correct but for some reason also cost really high like 73 unity with 83 unity upkeep so seems like there's more to this issue than we think

@Kryloth That's also in prior updates (at least as early as the one before this morning's update), I think it's because the base edict cost is adjusted by empire size vs administrative capacity. If you hover over the empire size menu and read the text, it notes that you can check current admin capacity using the MSI mod menu edict. If you have higher admin capacity than empire size, it seems there's no logic to just set the edict base cost to a base number or to zero, it's actually scaling negatively with higher and higher excess admin capacity.

Do I need Late Bloomer origin to get Build Satellite City planetary Decisions? Or there is some technology or civics that are needed to unlock it for other empire?

Hey man, it's seems that the newest update broke the edict base upkeep cost, instead of reducing the unity it's now adding unity because of the negative value of the edict

For example, i'm testing using only this mod playing Commonwealth of Man, the base cost of Fortify the Border is -100 with upkeep of -115, so everytime i click on it i gain 100 unity and +115 each month tick

I also feel like priest jobs increasing trade upkeep required by priest jobs is not intended as it stacks up very high and quick until a planet full of priests somehow needs 1000 trade to survive

行政管理能力好像有bug,只要行政管理能力大于帝国规模,法令维护费就会变成负的电表倒转。有没有考虑降低一下行政管理能力的数值,或者改一下机制
