If I remember correctly, restock makes the nuclear engine nozzle longer, that might be a problem. Maybe try moving the spacecraft further away from the booster?

Love this for the most part, but I'm having issues with the spacecraft separating from the booster. I have restock+ installed, so I don't know if that would affect it?

Maybe difficult, Eve is a very different place. Its nuke engines won't work on the surface (nearly no thrust), so it's hard to land safely. It's only designed for Duna or smaller planets/moons.

i wonder if i could slap on a few heat sheilds and land on eve i personaly never laned on eve but it could be fun

cool

It's able to go to duna on its own. Lifter gets it to LKO , from there it has 3800-5600m/s dV (see the blueprint), far more than enough to fly to and land on Duna.

hey if you can responde do i need to get a interplantery stage to go to duna or is it able do without

Thank you for this info! It seems strange, since these are mostly non-structural parts. It's probably bugged...

I'm planning to rebuild it from scratch and add some cargo space to make it more practical, hopefully the issue will be fixed by then.

This looks great, but in 1.12 I get some minor destruction right on the pad.

Structural failure on linkages between:
Kelus-LV Bay Mobility Enhancer and the command pod
Atmospheric Fluid Spectro-Variometer and PPD-10 Hitchiker Storage Container
Illuminator Mk1 and the PDP-10

There is more later, in flight.

Later, there is nothing I can do to make the stages separate - I think these are related.

Just reaching out with info. Thanks for your craft, they are awesome.

How did you get the name on the fuel tank in the station's pic?

Not yet released, I'll wait for KSP 1.11 to use the new RCS ports and lights.
Before that, you can check out the older version of it: ESN-61 ILIAS
