I would remove the On Actions for on_tech_increased and on_pop_assembled. You only need the first event to fire on game start to make sure that Kemetic start with Ushabti. Due to those on actions, any time you research or build a pop, you instantly have every single robot in your empire's converted to said newly created species. This both wastes engineering science for people who dont realize they are being screwed over and makes robo-modding utterly useless.
