Charleroi never had a german name but if you really want to germanize it, then you should use the german version of Charles which is ''Karl''
one or two are fictionally named for the sake of consistency (e.g. Charleroi is renamed to Charlesberg)
some nations might be fine, but it's a case-by-case basis
