I think this would be a nice secondary wepon to have, when you get enough rage you can peer through the telescope and get a large acuracy bonus. This seems like it would only be use full for the beggars bazooka, but it was just a thought :)

can scope like sniper rifle. I would use this with my direct hit for soldier sniping. (mabey faster weapon switch?)

OR, you could make is a buff type of weapon where Soldier confuses the spyglass for a horn and blows into it.
