Used to work wonderfully, but unfortunately I JUST found out this was the mod that has been crashing my game on startup since 2019. ^^;
Draconis 26 Feb, 2022 @ 5:43am
once again i'm suddenly thrown under the bus by a mod i used.
i unfortunately don't have Dawnguard or Dragonborn DLCs and for some reason your mod has stopped working for a number of foot wear. any new Argonians i make still have raptor feet when no boots are equipped but the moment i put anything else on its back to default footwear.

so i guess i have to go digging once again for an older version that isn't This one or SE.
thank alot. :clunk:

I have used this mod for a long time, but at some point the textures of the Khajiit paws and Argonian claws have stopped being visible. The Khajiit paws are black, no detail, and the argonian claws are a solid green, red, or whatever color the particular Argonian is. The texture and model of the footwear is fine though. Whats going on here?
KyleNoRen 30 Jan, 2019 @ 1:56am
does this change the NPC's? or just players. cause it doesnt seem to work on any of the kahjiit i've seen so far... i havent bumped into any argonians yet either.
Banana 30 Mar, 2018 @ 9:25am
I cant make it work on my khajit. The footwear acquires the aspect of Digitigrade Khajiit + Argonian Raptor Feet mod instead of yours. I was careful not to try non-vanilla armors and it still doesnt work. Am I doing something wrong?
Bastion Aralus 24 Oct, 2017 @ 3:08am
is it optional, or does it replace all shoes?
Saiph 7 Sep, 2017 @ 8:39pm
Aside from once having an issue where steel boots didn't appear on an Argonian character, it looks great!
michealbadtke 22 Jun, 2017 @ 9:17am
The Argonian feet work just fine... but I'm walking on toes with black toenails on all my Khajiit... Help??
Teh-Husky  [author] 28 Jan, 2017 @ 4:33am
Possibly.
Lichdemon 17 Jan, 2017 @ 11:57am
Is it because i have two other mods that effect the way khajiit look? (I.E. makes their models HD, and one that makes their ears appear in all helmets) :(
Lichdemon 17 Jan, 2017 @ 11:41am
Equipping boots on a Khajiit, regardless of which boots they are, makes them look like something a guy smoking pot would make.
Olive 28 Dec, 2016 @ 9:28pm
I love this mod, and perhaps it is a conflict on my end (Which im trying to resolve) But I cannot see any armour boots on any argonians. I find also that I can apply both a clothing pair of boots and armour boots, have both the effects, but only see the non-armoured boots.
Gharbad the Mighty 5 Dec, 2016 @ 10:42am
why not try to replace argonians' legs with dragons' legs
Gharbad the Mighty 21 Nov, 2016 @ 10:24pm
I never realized i needed this mod. Talos bless you
Old Man Jenkins 16 Oct, 2016 @ 6:26am
My two favourite races are khajiit and argonians and it makes them both look even more awesome with this mod!
fagarach 3 Sep, 2016 @ 11:34pm
the textures for the claws/paws are seemingly nonexistant, for argonians they're a completely solid color and for khajiit there's no claws on the front and a giant claw pasted onto the back of the foot
Xando 28 Aug, 2016 @ 7:29pm
So I suscribe to this instead of artifex's version if I got the Legendary edition, right?
Teh-Husky  [author] 9 Aug, 2016 @ 2:51am
@Zaayl, even if I edited this mod to only affect Khajiit, it cant be made to work with a different mod for argonian feet... If I did, whichever mod had the load priority would just over-write the other one since they both need to affect the same armor entries to work.

Someone would need to manually merge the argonian feet mod you prefer with an edited version of this one, which is doable but involves time and effort, and they couldnt publish it anywhere without appropriate permissions.

I suggest learning how to mod Skyrim yourself if this is a project you are passionate about; everything you need to do can be done with an ESP editing program, I recommend Tes5Edit: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/25859/?
Zaayl 8 Aug, 2016 @ 3:18pm
I made a similar request on the nexus, but since getting back into skyrim and noticing you were far more active here I figured Id take another shot. Any chance of making seperate versions of these? I like the Khajiit one, but personally cant stand the argonian one, and use a different mod which unfortunately cannot co-exist with this regardless of load order. I have the vanilla version of the khajiit mod, but it really bothers me when I switch to any DLC gear and suddenly http://awkwardzombie.com/index.php?page=0&comic=122914 happens. Thanks.
casiporvida 19 Mar, 2016 @ 3:09am
Do you plan on making a version that changes the boots from Immersive Armor? Most of them actually use the same meshes as vanilla.
Teh-Husky  [author] 20 Jan, 2016 @ 7:18am
No.
dsmaster7173 17 Jan, 2016 @ 9:38am
Does this work without Dragonborn?
Nico Yazawa 16 Oct, 2015 @ 5:50pm
is it just me kajit toes seems ugly green color?
HurricainReaperProductions 17 Aug, 2015 @ 6:17am
there is a version without dlcs yess look up digitigrade in the search box

what needs to be done is a sinlge argonian rator feet with dlcs and a single khajiit feet with dlcs and not just the mixed version
The Ignition Collective 14 Aug, 2015 @ 4:30am
can this work without dragonborn & dawnguard DLCs? i neeeeed to know plz...:steamsad:
Foxe 13 Aug, 2015 @ 4:57pm
Alright, thanks! c:
Teh-Husky  [author] 13 Aug, 2015 @ 4:10pm
@Foxe, I'll check it out and see if theres anything I can do, however I didnt create the feet, merely adapted them from another mod so no promises.
Fennikk 3 Aug, 2015 @ 2:33pm
i got the DLC"S FINALLY!
Foxe 1 Aug, 2015 @ 5:08pm
Oh, and the lightmaps appear to be reversed too, assuming these aren't mixed as the same texture file. (To be specific about this, it's only an issue with the base feet, not the armors)
Screenshot for reversed texture issue: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=492394795 (And yes, I tested first to see if the texture I'm using was normal before and it is)
Foxe 1 Aug, 2015 @ 4:46pm
(Posting a comment here on the steam version since nexus one seems to not be checked nearly as often) I've noticed that the Khajiit textures (at least the bottom of the feet) are mirrored (or on the wrong foot) from what they're supposed to be (I.E. big toe is now little toe)
Is there a potential fix for this?
R0ice 31 Jul, 2015 @ 5:43am
the only minor problem with the mod is that the shrouded armor boots look far to big compared to the rest of the armor but every other boot works and looks fone
Fennikk 20 Jul, 2015 @ 5:45pm
but cool mod, looking forward to it.
Fennikk 20 Jul, 2015 @ 5:45pm
ok well that will be in like 2 weeks so...
Teh-Husky  [author] 20 Jul, 2015 @ 5:36pm
I believe it should work with custom races that are based off khajiit or argonians, but cant say for certain without trying it myself... you will just have to test it and see.
Fennikk 20 Jul, 2015 @ 5:10pm
thank you for pointing me twards that, i will be getting ALL of the Dlc's here soon, just the way how the feet come out of the boots for the khajiit is amaseing, one more queston does this work with models like the khajiit (ect the Fennic Race).?
Teh-Husky  [author] 20 Jul, 2015 @ 5:03pm
Ross & Miter, I would strongly encourage you to get the DLCs; Dawnguard & Dragonborn are definitely worth it.

You have one other option for vanilla Skyrim; see this mod: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=184160495
Fennikk 20 Jul, 2015 @ 12:41pm
does NOT WORK WITHOUT DLC'S very disapointed. please make a vanilla verson please, this mod is perfect and would fit into my world perfectly.
Fennikk 18 Jul, 2015 @ 2:57pm
yes does htis work without DLc;s or can u make one for vanilla?
Miter 9 Jul, 2015 @ 6:48pm
does it work without the dlcs? im poor to buy the dlcs :sadelf:
casiporvida 3 Jul, 2015 @ 2:29am
Alright then! :)
Teh-Husky  [author] 3 Jul, 2015 @ 2:18am
@n3x_uS RivaL: well that's a first. I do have a large mod project Ive been working on recently that I was planning to launch with a patreon for donators... atm Im still working to create enough content so that I have something substantial to release as a demo, as well as something extra to offer up-front for contributors. I can let you know when it launches if you'd be interested, but Im currently not accepting donations at this time :)
casiporvida 3 Jul, 2015 @ 1:53am
I was just looking to donate but whatever. Thought you'd appreciate PayPal or items more than Nexus Premium.
Teh-Husky  [author] 2 Jul, 2015 @ 7:12pm
@n3x_uS Rival: I get friend invites from randos wanting to talk about my skyrim mods all the time; I dont accept them any more because I dont want my steam friends list cluttered up with total strangers, and most people ask me the same questions: "I have a grerat idea for a mod, can you make it for me?" "how do I make mods?" "I cant make your mod work, can you help me?" ... Im not getting paid for this shit you know, so take a hint and stop wasting my time.

If you just want to ask me a simple question, here is the best place.
casiporvida 2 Jul, 2015 @ 8:12am
Hey, I added you earlier because I want to ask you some stuff about your mod, please accept the invite!
Limit 28 Jun, 2015 @ 2:14am
Really great adaptation of artifex0's mod. I don't know whether it's exclusively a feature of the workshop upload, or because I have the nexus upload installed aswell but the feet appear to be at the centre of gravity, and a decent length. I love how some armours leave parts of the foot uncovered like the banded steel boots too.
King Baddabing 3 Jun, 2015 @ 9:47am
There's a different version of this that works with default boots and those boots /actually cover your feet/ is it possible to keep the DLC boots from this and still use the other guys superior foot covering digitigrade boots?
Rilrae 12 Mar, 2015 @ 11:49am
Thanks!
Lyger 23 Jan, 2015 @ 4:30pm
I can't stop looking at my feet cx. Well done :p!
GaryLeeDezernJr 2 Jan, 2015 @ 9:36am
XD actually the feet work with most armor types and brands. it even works well with other Argonian and khajiit mods. such as the child-Argonian and Khajiit mods. and yes I tested it myself, XD the boots are then turned into shin-guards but surround the leg.

in short, good work!
Teh-Husky  [author] 1 Jan, 2015 @ 1:16am
@Theme Vesari: yes, it does... if something isnt working, it will be caused by a mod conflict.
