Lol, I actually kinda like it to look that way... I always liked pixelated graphicks more than blurry...

And, yeah, my laptop ain't thae speediest PC out there. Just let me have a rest for a bit and I will get a few additions to this mod. There actually have been some intersting yet not very complicated ideas there, in comments.

I think this was mentioned in the comments, but having a separate weapon with perhaps a different R sound in this addon (so you can pick between the two in-game or in servers) could be pretty neat! I like the simplicity of this addon.
