All should work together fine

Am I right in understanding that I can use a combination of mods:
+ [WOTC] Heavy Elemental Alchemical Throwers
+ [WOTC] Chemthrower Addon Redux
+ Immolator + Chemthrower Abilities
and I shouldn't use
- [WoTC]SPARK Flamethrowers
?
Or can I add the latter mod too?

Can the replacing of base flamethrowers \ immolators be disabled in the configs? To let only the Memebots use them. ( I am using this mod as a dependancy for Memebots)

These are Heavy/Powered Weapons.
You can them from the random Heavy/Powered Proving Ground projects.
They go in the Heavy Weapon Slot (found on EXO or WAR suits, SPARKS, some perks give access to this slot)

When do these weapons show or how do you develop them? also what classes can use them?

Anybody tested with LWOTC?

Should work fine with Bitterfrost protocol.
However the 'freeze' effect here is basic game freeze, not chill/bitterchill/freeze. I use the same effect as the standard Frost Bomb, but in a cone instead of a circle radius.

Maybe I can make an inclusion for it to be a Bitterfrost effect, but that is not high on my priority list right now. :)

Will this conflict with Bitterfrost protocol?

You can use both mods together without the need to change anything.

This mod actually adds all new throwers (including Fire based ones, and hides/removes the original flamethrowers). I personally use both mods together as I also like the other changes from HWT.

It's mentioned in the description because the values from HWT is not what people might expect as the default values of their Heavy Flamethrowers :)

Hi Rusty, I have a question. The description says you used the values from Heavy Weapon Tweaks for these alchemical throwers. I'm assuming you only used the values for the flamethrowers.

So my question is: is it safe to use "Heavy Weapon Tweaks - WotC" with this mod since I like the other stuff included in that mod? Should I comment out the flamethrower edits in that mod to make it compatible?

Correct

This doesn't effect RPGO's gauntlet I assume? Just replaces the heavy weapon versions of flamethrowers?
RustyDios  [autor] 16 nov. 2020 la 5:13
I'm not an RPGO player and have no experience with those perks. The weapons have the default damage type of their respective element and call for the creation of standard status effects. It would depend entirely on how the RPGO perks are set up.

One of the hardest parts of creating mods is testing them out with the hundreds of combinations of other mods. Feel free to test it out for me and report back your findings :)

Looks amazing. Another RPGO question - are these weapons likely to be affected by perks that increase fire and poison damage etc like pyromaniac and toxicologist? Thanks.
MrCloista 15 nov. 2020 la 5:30
These are heavy weapons, not primaries.

does anyone know if these are compatible with musashi's RPGO? specifically, will it recognize these as flamethrowers for the weapon limitations?

This looks amazing! I can't wait to subscribe to this for my next Legend Ironman run!

:steamhappy:

Yes, on the surface it's just the four item types in two tiers. Under the surface the game decides which actual model/weapon gets equipped, soldier, spark or BIT... each weapon gives the same ability with the exception that the SPARK weapon also respects rainmaker.
Flashstriker 14 nov. 2020 la 3:36
So the different weapons for regular humans, Sparks and bits all have different names, but do they function the same?
Mister Gruffle 14 nov. 2020 la 1:05
Looks amazing man, can't wait to see these in action!
