what addon do i need for it to load? its just a plastic crate

The sound files were put into Discord then linked into PAC 3 through there. Most likely the location in which they were located in Discord, such as a server or DM, does not exist anymore.

IIRC I got the sounds from videos of the modulators on youtube then just trimmed the MP3.

This is honestly the best siren I've come across since one of the better mods have been deleted. Could you maybe make a thunderbolt or other sirens to add to my collection? Also could you fix the 2001 you have in your items list, one of the parts don't load anymore.
