Thanks @Plastic_Wolf :). You can also go into the ALT+F10 Menu and go to entity list to find the grids as well :)

for everyone struggling. load the world save and press F8 for spectator camera then you should see them. teleport you engineer there using CTRL+SPACE then press F6 to get back to you engineer then you can press CTRL+B to make them a blueprint

world dont have the ships and i loaded it 3time with same ending saddly i cant make my own:steamsad:

Sorry, only just seen your comment! Oh this is basically a world save, so you download it, then load it in the load menu. Then look at one of the frames and press Ctrl+B and make it a blueprint. From there you can add it into creative :)
