No, the mod is not dead.
We are short on dev and our progress is slower because dev that can help want to be paid, and we are not gonna pay for them, that's why the hold up,
Compared to other projects that have 50 to 200 developers, we only have two people working on it.
Joining and helping would be greatly appreciated.

Saying stuff like mod is dead is not very nice and disrespect to our free time that we are investing on this mod - we are trying to do it becuas we want to not because we are been paid for it

in the last few months we had some progress delays do to personal and national reasons,
and we are still working on it.

please don't forget that at the current time we are only 2 that work on the mod, that other major mods have 50+ stuff members - so it is taking time.
- so to get high quality work that will not crash the game, takes more time.

btw we are worcking on a name generator for each race as well.
you can add more your ideas about the moe too over there.

I got an idea for you guys to add in this mod. maybe you can add some names for the characters in the mod, each religion has their own names and even hairstyles/clothings.

the 1.8 update got other features that won't let the published pre alpha version to work.
if you wished to keep on playing the pre alpha version
- just downgrage the game version at the pre luanch game proparties (betas tab), to 1.7.2 or loewer

Sadly it dosn´t work anymore :( Crash to Desktop during initial loading

can you please add the dragons in this new mod? cause in the books Eragon had a beautiful blue dragon named Saphira and it would be so cool if your newborn child will be able to have a dragon that will help guide and give health boosts or even help boost up your stats but depend on what type of dragon you'll have.
