Report a translation problem
The only thing i'd recommend though is adding more throwables to the finale and maybe reduce the amount of zombies that come after the first tank, 'cause i got stuck in that part and the amount of zombies quickly overwhelmed my team (i was playing with bots, but they were improved with mods). Other than that, great modification, in my opinion this is the L4D1 campaign ports valve should've made.

Also, i dunno if this is a problem with my graphics settings or resolution, but the instructor keeps blinking when i move my camera around.

All infected settings will be removed completely in the next update.
There are so many commons at the end that it will make you hate your life. Barely survived on Normal difficulty. I don't understand why so many authors feel the need to make their finales nigh-impossible, it just ensures that pretty much no one will ever play it a second time.
Though I've noticed specials seems to get stuck here:
