I got particles to work :D it turns out I was being an idiot and the particles I was messing with only lasted for a second, hence the reason I never saw them

For anyone who is looking for a map to add to their collection of good TTT maps for either singleplayer shenanigans or having fun with friends on multiplayer, this is a map I highly recommended.

I figured out what the problem was. The .txt file for gunkanjima in Data > Persist had changed to include a bunch of extra stuff. Deleting it resets the map.

Okay, can someone help me out here? I downloaded this awesome, awesome map and I started posing characters for a screenshot. But the rain cycle kept darkening the place and I could barely see my ragdolls. So I came back here and found a console command that could turn off the cycle and keep it sunny, "ent_fire weather_timer disable". And it worked. Later I left the game, leaving the cycle turned off. But whenever I load up the map now it crashes Garry's Mod. It's like the weather is a crucial part of the loading process, and it won't let me into the map to turn it back on. What am I supposed to do?

Really nice map, but for the particles when you say to merge the maps forlder and materials it was a bit vague and I don't really understand that all to well (I got the rest of it down easily) so if I could get a better explamation then that would be great.
