any clue about something like that happened^^
First, nice work. I first thought from a mid distance it was a vacation cruiser like ship, but his weapons quickly shown the contrary.
From a Role play view, I don't understand how this quite unfinished game is managed..... I saw [ARC] ships on my scanner, and it didn't revealed me a new faction, even with faction list console command.
As for the [SKAAR] which I already knew, because as follow the work of Jrandall, I thought ARC would be a faction, and that it would be neutral to me by default.... When I came closer it fired at me.
I hope that the devs will soon clean up that mess.... and create a real diplomatic and factions system.
The frame reminds me of Jrendall's Trebuchet.
Awesome work!
One small detail, you forgot to put gravity gens in it :)
I found I had to place three to get reasonable coverage all over the ship.
Love your eye for details, pathing is clear but only one path to the single bridge could get tiresome after a while from the rear hangars.
Just my observations, using it for 6 hours in space and planet side.
