They're not spawnable in Zeus from what I've found. Only in the Mission Editor

I think I still have the range code I wrote three years ago for marking hits and misses. I will take a look at my bitbucket this weekend and see if I can make a companion to this mod for those targets.

Impacts on the card are very very very small due to the fact that it has the penetration values of cardboard. Meaning you have to look very very close to see the impacts. If you want to see impacts then use the metal targets. The plastic ivans are the same. you won;t see impacts unless you look very close

If you are talking about the round penetrating the card and plastic targets then yes. They are supposed to penetrate

Still find errors, with the dummy textures and the targets which no longer display their pattern for firing on them (the targets appear white)

No conflicting addon, the mod asks DEVGRU Red Squadron -object otherwise impossible to make it work ...

Doesn't appear to be an issue with the mod. You should check if you have any conflicting addons
