If I find some time, I'll try to make this mod better (or make a new one)
For every 10.000 levies a knight etc.
And options would be for changing the ratio like:
Innitial: 100.000 levies
Low Knight ratio: 1 knight 90.000 levies
Hİgh knight ratio: 9 knights 10.000 levies
etc.
Bcs it is additive and not multiplicative, you can change to whatever reduced Nmber you want.
These are my Levies.
And hey, it is a mod, no pressure on you. :-)
I like the idea of this mod.
I don't like the actual raising method, where you can't chosse an exact Number and Army Composition -and store this decision for the future- and then the raising starts. In a big empire, you have to wait til 80.000 levies are there, then your 60 mongonells appear without anysiege would be a pain in the a....
Sadly, my hdd with all the files and notes for this mod (and new version of it - which is much more painful) decided to die two months ago, so I need to start from scratch. Which is very unfortunate, because my head is on fire because of my jobs.
love your work
sad about that, it seems i have no other option but to break immersion and start giving kingdoms to others (i wanted to take the world without any vassals xD )
Can't remove levies completely or it would break the game, it's hardcoded.
On the note of the global +100 knights. You've already messed with the knights system a bit, so do you think it would be something easy enough, that you'd be interested in putting it together for like $50?
Also, I've been tinkering with a mod a bit lately, trying to switch away from traits, but no dice so far.
@Aardappelpuree if you asling about genegal viability, then yes - depending on your champions prowess you can end up with a small, but very powerful army. If you can find that many cortiers that is. One knight with just 10 prowes is equal to 100 peasants damagewise and as tougth as 10 of them, so yeah, it is quite viable in war. Also, your army will need a lot less supplies and cost less money during war.
Options for more Men-at-Arms
Do go on...
А так спасибо за мод
