I suppose it would be possible if you changed each blacksmith's stock individually, yeah

is u still make mods than can you make a mod that makes it so weapns bought from different blacksmiths hav different ratings (and armors too) can you just tell me if this is possible? thanks!

I figured the mines one in Markarth wasn't too far away to be honest, just down the slope. But if other people agree with you, I might consider it :)

Thanks, it's pretty annoying when you have to travel halfway across the map cause the blacksmith was too stupid to invest in a smelter.
