From my experience, This war of Rich adds about 150~180 of an item called "Bunch of Cash" to a shelter. Each "Bunch of Cash" is a very valuable item on its own, so with about 10-15 of them you could buy all of Franko's inventory, depends on what he is carrying.

Interesting mod, very useful for those who don't want to change item stacks in their game, but still want to be able to stack up on extra materials, necessities, loot or goods. Also, this mod has a main version which I haven't tried yet, so I have no clue what is the difference between them.
