For some reason they don't fight holy nation is that correct? Around Karlos trap they roam sometimes with robot spiders but holy nation don't take them

I think that's fine, my idea was these were another take on skeletons, much like the Iron Spiders these were designed to deal with crimes that'd happen in more public and open areas.

However due to this design they were not made "as intelligent" and were better than an Iron Spider in terms of AI/Intelligence, they can communicate and differentiate directives. But unlike the smaller more "human" skeletons that were, in my opinion, more of servitude and/or companion androids and the size allowed them to easily fit in buildings.

So the enforcers are a pre-cursor to Skeletons

Almost missed this, as long as I'm properly credited you can merge this into your mod. You can alter anything you like to make it fit, even if you just need the model + animations + setup but need to change the dialogue or other values.

Just as a repeat, as long as I'm still credited as the source for the core assets.

Not sure if it's intended, but when iron spiders spawn as part of Enforcer patrols, you get the option to talk to and even recruit them. I have three iron spiders in my squad now. Amazing!

Love these guys animations, they remind me of the abc warriors form judge dredd but kenshified. This goes well with a equivalent crimper mod "mechanical gorrilo's"

Idea for Backpack : maybe you can add Armor and type of weapon they used on back pack skin :) , and i just hope they has Matrial Arts armor + weapons you know Big Fist or Big blade in their arm, or even you can add Shooting mode :) with smaller slot to focusing on Store Bullet :) (maybe add Harpoon version too XD ), also maybe more cool if they has Big badass Nodachi variant

@DraxTemSklounts I figured I could sneak them in lorewise since the existance of several Skeleton models, and Iron Spiders (plus the other types found in the Ashlands) that these "Enforcers" were designed by the faction (human or skeleton) as their take for a military and security unit. As the Shek didn't always look like the Shek do now (current Kenshi era) since some Skeletons will comment "Hmm it seems the enforcers have horns now" indicating that perhaps throughout the generations the genetically modified humans slowly evolved to have thicker bone mass (their bone armor plates) and horns.

So these Enforcers was the solution created by the mechanical faction and Shek from the bio-engineering faction.

@shiar_b_me I haven't made any backpacks for them, there is a rework sitting all dusty that was going to tweak a few things and give them some backpack-like things. But kinda got lost in time one day I'll get around to it. If you or you have a friend or modder in mind that wants to make some for them in the meantime they're welcome to make it as a patch mod.

Interesting take, lore says that the Enforcers were humans turned into shek; bred to be strong. hive for a workforce. unclear if the first empire who created things was mechanical or organic.

Yeah I never touched any stats like that, However since they are animals, they get the ageing stat multiplier, so and Elder Enforcer is rather scary.

Oh ok, also the enforcer race(?) doesn't have any xp multiplier on any stat as far as I know. I don't know if you meant it like that, just wanna let you know. Take a break if you have to, man. You deserve it. In the meantime, I'm gonna level my enforcer and wreak havoc with him.

Just recruited a solo Enforcer Sergeant after he asked my solo MA what he was doing outside the Waystation in Grey Desert, told him I was an adventurer and it was interested and got him for free. Any chance of Enforcers being able to equip backpacks btw?

Dude, I've had this mod for awhile and just found out that there's a Tech Hunter trader patrolling around Flats Lagoon selling one enforcer. Bastard wants 75k cats just to see the enforcer pup though, so I don't know if it's the actual price or not. Also found a Tech Hunter merc with Enforcers around him patrolling the area. Charges 5000 cats per day.

I had that reported before, and I was holding out on updating until I got around doing some more meaningful updates (animations, ragdolls, etc) but alas it's been a very, very long time since I said that or got around to even attempting that.

So here's an Update where the recruitment chances are much higher, so is the I'm going to kill you events, so you can stalk them in hopes for them to join you, but they may get annoyed easier as well.

So after spending an hour and a half talking to and following a small group of these things, they didn't join. I was attacked eight times, and that was scattered inbetween the tedious repeatings of 'Not now human'.

If theyre gonna be recruitable, make the fucking odds of it happening somewhat plausible.

I don't see them in the UWE change notes, but he does have permission to use them.

Also RE: to are they in Genesis, not yet. They will be once Atlas adds in the Old Iron Sides as well (going to release both at once)

I'm not sure at this time if they are in Genesis. I'll ask in the Genesis discord server, Atlas may be waiting for my next update, which I'm waiting for a potential tool to make them work better.

hey HTD, I've been using it for my own personal tweaks and love the model

just wanted to mention I used the hu_m_ragdoll_5_nojoints.phs instead of the hu_m_ragdoll_2 or 5 it's currently at, and I like the results a little better since it actually flops on the ground (even though the joints rotate until the ragdoll settles); in case messing with Scythe to make a custom phs is too much of a PITA

Was a limitation of what I wanted to do at the time, The rework for them will have them follow the character rig/skeleton so they could be setup as an Animal or a Character.

Just caught up in some other projects but Tread has done an update on recruitment chance (basically made it easier to recruit them) so there are pending changes for sure.

@DeclanFrost, if the animation walk cycle isn't fast enough, or isn't slow enough you can edit it in FCS Animation > Animal Animations > enforcer walk. And tweak the play speed.

should have a chance (a chance) to find the Tech Hunter's that will sell (or could just be mercs)
in:
Hidden Forest, Flats Lagoon, Stobe's Gamble, Floodlands, The Outlands, Venge, Stobe's Garden.

You can also fird mercs to fire with enforcers in The Unwanted Zone

yeah I added the No Go to their faction (this was the update) so hopefully that's the fix, to be honest I haven't messed around with spawn areas and factions very much. Mostly been weapons/robotic limbs

Yeah if you put the Skinners roam on the no go list they should avoid walking into skinners roam, but thanks for the quick response.

I've pushed an update, idk if it will help or not. also not sure if it require an import or not. The issue is they probably spawn on the edge of Deadlands, or Iron Valleys and then wander on in.
