Please consider adding it to the TF2 section on GameBanana, it has that handy "modboy" that installs mods automatically.
Plus you can make 2 submissions for both the stock sapper and ap-sap.

I run a small TF2 server that features custom weapons. I'd like to use this on it (and maybe some others if you can provide solid ideas for stats). Clients would download the files whilst joining the server. A link to the item will be featured in the Steam group's workshop credits list when the weapon is implemented, and the item's workshop name will be put in the weapon's description in-game. I can't really offer you any compensation for your permission, other than increased community exposure to your work. I added you to discuss.
