So this was the problem!!
Makes sense, I am not even sure if I had Wandering Caravans active when that happened to me. I think it had something to do with a priority mod.
BUT if I "Accessed" the Kyulen, The Kyulen again wasnt usable but when you opened the Jobs, it would be blank and you could not leave that screen without force closing the game.
But I wanted to mention, if you reload, the Kyulen would work just fine. honestly if this wasn't updated it might be something else cause this worked just fine in 1.4 for me. Maybe a change in the Kyulen mod or the fact 1.5 changed a few things.

sorry that your upset, but this mod is not part of VE it is an update of a mod that long predates VE, i dont use VE myself, if you dont want dupped content, then its up to You to check what the mods You use contain, it is not the responsability of the author of a mod to tell You what other mods might have the same functionality.

top right corner of the picture lists the compatible versions, as does the mod in the ingame mod menu.
I would appreciate it if steam's description mentions this mod is part of VE Incidents, so I would not have duplicate events in my modlist. I'm sorry for being rude, but I am upset.
you could either use visual studio to load up the .csproj file in the source folder, or use a decompiler like DnSpy or ILSpy to decompile the DLL and look at the text from there, but it should be using the translations now
Can you tell me which program you use to extract text?
is it not translating some parts of it or none of it?
Only the translation of WanderingCaravanSpawned is normal
It may have to be changed to a patch before the translation can be used

apologies, i accepted the pull request but never got around to pushing the update to steam for some reason, pushed now and credited you for the translations

its entirely possible another mod took the idea to use, as updating this was a request, i only checked to see if the original had been updated or if anyone had posted about an update in its comments
As far as im aware it should do, but its always good practise to make a backup of a save when adding or removing mods, in case something goes tits up
