i dont give a #### about stats the only thing i think about is projectiles because i dont want rockets to shoot out of it no but fireworks that gets launched out

This only makes sense because of how patriotic soldiers are. Soldiers tend to really like independance day. If this item were introduced, it would have to be alongside some sort of clip that really exaderates the soldiers passion for patriotism.

I would love it if Valve put it into the game for the annual "TF2 Birthday" and made it into a nonlethal item similar to the Rocket Jumper, only that this shoots fireworks into the sky. (Always? Or only during Birthday Mode on August 24th? I guess that would be a useless if it only worked during one day in the year.) Kind of like the various noise makers that create snow flakes and other things.

I mean, Valve already create fireworks particles (one of the Unusual taunt effects, Showstopper), they could make the particles multi-coloured instead of team-coloured.

So its a rocket jumper? Im having a hard time seeing how the 4th of July compares with the Rocket Jumper. Unless, your indiscriminatly telling us the Soldier IS the Rocket. Huh? Huuuuh?? :D

I was thinking more of it as a basic Launcher. When you fire the rocket, and the rocket flies through the air for a certain amount of time, it should blow up the sky like the 4th of July! My little take on it anyway. I like the idea of this rockets existence thoigh, so you get my rating.
