https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2644918249 and it works just fine and has more stuff. BTW thanks for sharing these, they are outstanding!
I re-uploaded the workshop on an alt so you could try loading a fresh json file, but steam seems to be having issues at the moment. I'll have to get that link to you tomorrow.
If anyone else is having issues, let me know. If there's enough people having trouble I can try re-uploading the workshop with fresh links.
In the meantime, my newer Raid workshop should have all these models re-uploaded, as well as a lot more.

I'm waiting for Blender FBX plugins to work with the raw files, or for some Raid specific model ripping tools that will streamline the process. Without either of those things it would just take more man hours than I'm willing to commit at this time.
I used to play RAID. I know you're not paid and doing this purely for the community but do you have more statics in the pipeline?
Hey Man, cool job!
I'm really into models, and Raid Shadow Legends has some great ones. Since you're the only one on the internet who has bothered to explain, may I venture a question regarding your steps below?
1. Find a file dump of Raid (very google-able)
I'm stuck at this one. Sorry.
I feel like I have tried a few things, but maybe I don't know the right things to google, or I'm looking for the wrong thing entirely. Could you elaborate?
I am of course also open to having a dialogue about it in private, if you would prefer. I have discord as well.
Thank you for your time!
I'm really not great at explaining things, but I'll give it a go
1. Find a file dump of Raid (very google-able)
2. Open the FBX file, pick animation and frame, export to obj format (apply modifiers)
3. Convert textures to jpeg or png
4. Upload
If Blender can't open the FBX files. Convert to gltb using Windows 3D viewer.
Invisible textures need an inverted transparency layer mask applied (Gimp can do this)
All the models are rigged, but not all of them have animation files. Bones are properly named, so you can share animations between similar Raid models.
1000 letters is too few for this...
I think what fenix is confused about, and I was too at first is that when reading "animations", we expected moving figures. But still, the poses are great!
Would you be willing to share the original t-posed models? I'd like to use some of the figures for a project of mine.
Normally I'd just take the time, but with hundreds of models I can't see myself finishing such a huge task. So for now I'm trying to streamline a way to apply the animations I do have to the T-posed models.
