metrocop, what you need to do is restart your game after subscribing to them.
They will work after you do.

Great mod, but I notice she hunches over and looks down a lot. Any way to tweak it so her head is tilted more level?

You have another addon that is conflicting with it. For example, this addon has a chance to conflict and not work at all or work fine along side this one.

If you have HL2 mounted, use the mod in the link below, and boom, you can play. I do recommend making a key bind to give you the gravity gun, because for some reasons when alyx hands it to you, you can't take it. That's not because of this Angel mod, but an issue with that part itself.
