These look really cool! One wish I had is Cities Skylines could have split R/C!!! I could see the first floor being shops with this design. Could really fit a renovated old town look. Cities needs to add this ability!

@Splifsend Klyte Prop Mod just read the Mod Description, should be what you want ingame without Editor etc, for this or any Asset.
