No rush, we've just lost a lot of RimWorld modders recently (understandably retiring, or untimely deaths - RIP Uuugggg). So figured I'd ask, rather than just assume :)

im using 1.5 til all my mods get updated. i was using the other version, and it worked most of the time, but wanted to give this a try.

As posted on the replacer version: Mod's broken in 1.6 till Lumi has the time to fix it up, or till someone else takes over. How maps spawn changed with 1.6, and it's thrown a wrench in a lot of custom biome mods.

how do you add or remove biomes? i go to mod options but i have a spam error exception for filling window. I turned off all mods except this one to make the changes, still errors out.

For some reason these biomes only spawn vanilla animals for me - do I need to manually set the star wars animals to spawn with "choose wild animal spawns" mod?

Yup Kashykk is the absolute worst biome ive ever seen. Is there anyway to just manually remove it from my game? If a quest spawns on one of the tiles its horrendous.

i settled dagobah, endor. naboo, kashykk and felucia and couldn't even see any of the old ones in wildlife tab

the mod was updated recently, ill check to see if star wars animals spawn there

@Lumi, I've added many new animals to the Star Wars Animal Collab mod. If I recall correctly your biomes included some of the originals in the wild animal spawn categories (or maybe via a patch?). There are now many more you can add to each biome to give them a complete "ecology" (gelagrubs for felucia, orray for geonosis, etc). Have a great Christmas!

This is a cool mod, but the Kashykk biome is borderline unplayable because you just can't see anything under the trees. I get that it's difficult to convey what it should look like in Rimworld's engine and graphical style, but it's just not feasible to play when you can't see anything.

There are several terrain types in which you can sow fields and grow plants but are missing the GrowSoil tag, which makes them incompatible with some farming related mods (ie. Tillable Soil)

To anyone wishing to manually fix this, you just have to open the file that stores terrain info: "workshop\content\294100\2298926362\Defs\Terrain\Terrain_Natural.xml" and add the tag
<li>GrowSoil</li> to the terrains that need it (ie. EndorSoil)

what are the generation conditions for the different biomes? If I turn up the temperature and turn down the humidity in the world-gen settings, the star wars biomes mostly disappear (except for Bespin). Was hoping to generate a world with lots of Tatooine/Geonisis/Mustafar type biomes

Anyone else having issues opening the mod settings for this mod? I'm trying to see if there is a way to disable the bespin biome but when i try and open the settings i get this error.

it just pops up in really ridiculous places, like ill get thin strips of bespin between felucia and endor biomes and unless i make my world over half ocean then i just have to put up with it. The biome isnt bad just a bit overbearing in respects to other biomes

the biomes are too common, much more common than biomes from other mods so they end up replacing most of the map

When I disable bioms normal ones come back, how would I make the world just Tatooine? Also when you go to a new planet in save our ship 2 you can get a different type of world then the one you do in the settings first or would changing the settings midgame work?

Would it be possible to make worlds with only one of these biomes, that are innacesable except via a ship made with the Save Our Ship mod? And, of course, factions for these biomes/ planets.

Make sure you don't have any star wars biomes mod being used other than this one.

Something is wrong.The mod does not add biomes but replaces the vanilla ones.
