i have a stat idea and it's pretty simple : you do 20% more damage to all airborne enemies (jumping not included)and sentries and make them fall 10% faster (does not apply to sentries).it also does overall 10% more damage to all enemies and shoots 5% slower

Listen VOLVo we need this gun. Were talking about the HEAVY WEAPONS guy. doesnt that mean anything to you? And taking a rail gun on a stoll like it's somthing anyone would do fits that descipton of Heavy Weapon Guy perfectly.
