This doesn't seem to work for me anymore.

BUTTERDOGESTARWARS: It's still not fixed officially.

Oops, I didn't even think about the LoD's at the time. Good catch!

Should be a relatively simple fix. I'll get on it soon.

Nice mod but at a certain distance away from a zombie guard the Glock texture reverts back.
1v4n94 9 Aug, 2021 @ 8:03pm
This mod should be fully compatible with mine
Thanks for creating this, W&B! :steamhappy:

I tested this yesterday, and it worked for me.
BUTTERDOGESTARWARS 1 Jul, 2021 @ 3:29pm
Was this fixed in the new update or is this still needed?
Solid Nekit 1 May, 2021 @ 10:53am
Its not working
XRGM1267 9 Mar, 2021 @ 4:26pm
Wait, It's always been like that in game.
XRGM1267 9 Mar, 2021 @ 4:04pm
I used this mod, but in-game, the jaw of the zombie guard just moves arounds in a glitchy way. Is there a way to fix that?
Cavou 26 Feb, 2021 @ 5:37pm
Six, look at the glitched texture on the holstered handgun in the "before" picture.
Leausi 26 Feb, 2021 @ 5:13pm
when you have a before and after picture... it needs to be obvious as to WHAT ACTUALLY CHANGED

Is there any chance of making a version of this fix with compatibility with the Classic Headcrab mod by Starscre4M? It's an awesome mod but I don't think the two of them can work together as of now.

It turned out to be simple, a conflict with the Corrected and Improved Hitboxes mod. But thanks for the information about gameinfo.txt.
White and Birdy™  [author] 4 Dec, 2020 @ 9:03am
Try checking your gameinfo.txt file, and make sure the line for the bms/custom/* folder is above the Black Mesa .VPK files. I had a similar issue on one of the 1.5 betas, but moving the /custom/ line to the top of the list fixed it.

If that doesn't fix it, I'd try looking for other, conflicting mods. I have all of mine installed via custom folder as well and this works fine, so I'm not sure what else might be going on there.
Spuchel 4 Dec, 2020 @ 12:21am
I put it in the custom folder and it doesn't work, I don't know why

Awesome! :steamhappy: :lunar2019piginablanket:

Sure, that's fine. It's a pretty simple fix, really - I just copied the vmt for the old Glock worldmodel from BM2012 over with a different name, then fixed the zombie guard mesh to use that texture instead of the main body texture.

If there's any way I can help, feel free to drop me a line. Cheers!

Hi! Thanks for uploading this mod, WhiteAndBirdy! May I use your mod to update mine , that originally does not contain your fix? I will of course mention you in the credits.
goxart 29 Nov, 2020 @ 1:32pm
I've just checked the mod version too, hoping it has a pouch texture but it has the exact same problem. I guess maybe there never was a texture for it. Well thanks for trying at least!
White and Birdy™  [author] 29 Nov, 2020 @ 11:43am
Hrmm. Well, I've taken a look, and I see the error you're talking about... Unfortunately, it doesn't look like it'd be an easy fix for me - I'm not a very good texture artist, and there doesn't seem to be a texture for the pouch itself in the game's files (or if there is, it's not included with the main assassin textures). For the zombie guard here, I just had to set up a material for the old Glock texture and make the model use that.

I'll look into it, but I'm hesitant to promise anything.
White and Birdy™  [author] 29 Nov, 2020 @ 12:37am
Ah, do they? I've never noticed that before. I'll take a look and see if I can figure something out. Thanks!
goxart 28 Nov, 2020 @ 4:35pm
Thank you for this! Any chance you can fix the hip satchel on the female assassins too? They have the same problem
humanf 28 Nov, 2020 @ 8:31am
Thanks man.

I can't believe CC seem to rely on their community when it comes to texture and model jankery.
Thanks for this.
SOSE 28 Nov, 2020 @ 1:51am
Finally! Somebody decided to port it!
Nice
Drag0n 27 Nov, 2020 @ 1:18pm
I just checked and they do in fact work! Thanks for this, hope it gets implemented officially.
White and Birdy™  [author] 27 Nov, 2020 @ 1:12pm
Whoops, good point! I did actually compile a fixed version of the legs for this way back when I first threw it together, but admittedly, I didn't check to see if the legs worked correctly as of 1.5.

They should be fine, but I'll be sure to double-check and fix things if they aren't. Cheers!
Drag0n 27 Nov, 2020 @ 1:09pm
Cool, but does this also fix the Glock texture on the gibs?
