Ok, so where are these properties I bought?

Great mod, really love it. Feels MUCH more realistic to have a properly bought deed of some sort. Was wondering, since Magical homes that we can spawn at will in the world are very popular, like The Tesseract, Kagrenac's Fortress, and The Field Lab, could you please consider adding "Parking Permits for moveable homes"? My thought was it should cost about as much as a regular deed, and have say something like "The owner has the right to place one mobile house"

Great mod, now I dont feel that I am stealing or getting things for free.
Theodamus 8 Feb, 2015 @ 6:00am
Lol no you get the mods angel/ghost and decide which of the categories they are, its just for people who wanna pay for cool houses and not get them for free.
Angel/Ghost 5 Feb, 2015 @ 10:58pm
can u tell me the locationts for the homes
Fallhammer  [author] 8 Aug, 2014 @ 10:11am
@asmodeous17 Yes that would be a house you could purchase, I would use the Noble Property Deed with that one. This is why I made the deeds generic, so you could them to purchase ANY available house in Skyrim.
asmodeous17 8 Aug, 2014 @ 7:40am
what about being able to purchase other houses such as Vittoria Vici which is next to Proudspire Manor after killing her during the assassins quest line. I am sure there are other properties in different holds that could be added.
Fallhammer  [author] 1 Aug, 2014 @ 7:57pm
@Master Koala There are no houses in my mod, just deeds that you can purchase for ANY house mod that is on Steam or Nexus, obviously you probably want to buy a deed for a house that is free, this is the intent of this mod, so even the "free houses" can be purchased making them more immersive, like in real life you have to buy a house, and you get a deed saying you are the owner of a house, this all this mod does. I hope this explains it.
Revenant 1 Aug, 2014 @ 7:07pm
where do you find the house or castle
Fallhammer  [author] 6 Mar, 2014 @ 11:13pm
@saunders.bryan you are not given any keys to any homes with my mod, so you can purchase deeds but you will need to get keys to enter yourself.
saunders.bryan 6 Mar, 2014 @ 5:06pm
can you please my message and let me know if I was right? ty
Fallhammer  [author] 5 Mar, 2014 @ 10:34pm
@ladysedim, I did try that at first, personalizing the Deeds but it does not work when purchasing from a vendor. It only works when they are given or delivered.
Allie 5 Mar, 2014 @ 7:13am
As an idea, the letters in game that the player gets are often addressed by name, it might be cool for the player to be able to get their own name on deeds. Just an idea tho :-)
Allie 5 Mar, 2014 @ 6:53am
its a small mod to give people a way to pretend they are "buying" their mod-made homes, that would not be available just given for free.
saunders.bryan 5 Mar, 2014 @ 3:49am
so your saying every house can be bought in Skyrim....using the deeds? if so than I'll have to subscribe to this.
BenAll 28 Feb, 2014 @ 8:46am
which castles?
Mikayahu 25 Feb, 2014 @ 3:16pm
This mod is totally me. I will not even get a mod that adds a home is includes armor or weapons, because all you have to do is take it and you have the best armor in the game as a level three. I do not see the logic nor the enjoyment in that. Thank you for this mod
VoidBeevee 24 Feb, 2014 @ 4:07am
For all who hat this mod, there is a house mod named The Teseract. Purely dwarven built and has good lore behind it, don't need to buy anything to acess it. Just find the ring..
Fallhammer  [author] 23 Feb, 2014 @ 9:15pm
@Phileska, you are very correct on the intent of this mod, The way I play is usually a farm hand with no money, or I just washed up on these shores, I tend to use Merchant mods, and work my way up, buying property etc. so it always irked me that these massive, Noble style homes are free. This is purley a Role Play mod.
Phileksa 23 Feb, 2014 @ 8:02pm
Well, basically, they're just letters. The idea is that you "paid for" the player houses. I totally get that. It's strictly an RP item and has no effect on game mechanics.

If you don't like RP items, then I guess you just don't get the mod. For example, I don't see the point in spending money in the game so I feel good about "living in" the Underground Bath House I love so much - especially given that I don't like starting out flat broke and naked in the game, and, in order to make the game more "sand-box-like," I tend to give myself tons of gold, a full set of Gray Beards Robes, and a decent bow and, like, 10,000 arrows, so the idea of "buying a deed" to "have a home to live in" kinda' bothers me. XD

But if you feel it's a bit strange you're paying thousands of gold for Breezehome, and yet you get to live in the extremely beautiful and palace-like Underground Bath House "for free," then feel free to get this mod so you can at least role-play "buying" the Bath House.
Lordargin 22 Feb, 2014 @ 1:20pm
So it's just a piece of paper, with no function? You allready get 3 deeds in heartfire, where you can build houses.
My question from before, was on, where this land is, that you buy....what do you then, when you have bought a piece of paper?
Fallhammer  [author] 21 Feb, 2014 @ 4:12pm
@Lordargin,,,, This is not a house mod itself, it is only the Deed/Title, you buy the deeds from any General Goods Merchant, do you need pictures?
Lordargin 21 Feb, 2014 @ 1:38pm
You need to put info on, where is it, are there quest markers or?
Sam Suphit 20 Feb, 2014 @ 5:09pm
Whiterun Condo is cool! ok! i try
Fallhammer  [author] 20 Feb, 2014 @ 5:05pm
@*loustik*56 Well any home or location that you wanted, I made this in response to free houses you often get from mods, there are two examples of free houses below. so I would install these houses, then go to a merchant buy a Property Deed (Noble for Elysium, Upper for Whiterun Condo) and then move in. That way you feel you "Earned" these fine homes.
