This mod doesn't work please help. I put on my armor save my game then go do my quest for DB when I get attacked I run far away untill no one is around anymore then I take off armor but when I go back to the town guards still attack me??????

Having run this mod in my load order before, I remember it working as the description says it should. The only thing I wonder about is how my character's total lifetime bounty kept mounting. The current crime gold went back to zero when the hood was removed, but the total lifetime bounty kept increasing. If the total lifetime bounty got too high, is it conceivable that the game would crash, per, I dunno, a savegame bloat type scenario? It has not crashed yet, nor have I seen any signs of this bloating the savegame, but months or years after the download, could this result in a crash?

Doesn't really work like I expected it too. I killed two guards, ran until out of sight, and unequipped the mask. It did drop my current bounty down to 0 again, but upon returning to the town, the guards were still aggressive and trying to kill me despite the fact I don't have a bounty. There's really no point to this if everyone is still aggressive.

You should make it an enchantment instead of a script that way we can unenchant it and enchant other helmets with it...

what race is the best depends on if you wanna play stealth tank ranged or age like kahjiit is good at stealth but sucks at tank wood elf is good at archery but sucks as tank and mage redguard and nord is good as tank but sucks to stealth you know what i mean ghostbuster and dr.detective trigger happy

and i killed someone as a ware-wolf and then the guards chased me when i turned into a human (they did'nt see me change), it made no sense, you could also do a mod where all forms have seperate bounties.

It should be on all helmets that cover your face.

@valek That is actually a cool option. Then you could link between the two in the descriptions. You would even likely be able to copy and paste at least some of the code between the two. :-)

It would let players like me play with it a little, without completely altering the play experience, while the people who just want to wander around slaughtering villages could use the more powerful version of the mod. :P

@heyos1 nighttingale can be obtained by the thiefs guild and dark brotherhood armor can be obtained from the dark brotherhood
