Make them so that they either fit the characters, or fit the time period. For example, instead of making really futuristic stuff, (which still looks really good btw) you can make something that a class would actually be able to wear time-period wise. Such as making a hat, mustache, or some other piece of early Seventees' fashion. And, if you must make something futuristic, make it based on what they thought the future would look like...at the time. Like, make a jump-suit that looks shiny or a flying car cosmetic.
There are lots of things you can do with these steps, but either way, I really like your talent in modeling. Keep up the good work!
