Data\Core\Languages\English\Upgrades.xml - an extra broken line 201 ( its/Ulthwé/WarWalkerFlavor'/>"/>) that needs to be deleted.
- Added the Wraithlords for each Craftworld.

-Significantly reduced the size of the mod from it's previous 1 GB to 769 MB.
- Added several files hotfixes from Lord_Draconis

Maybe you can try to use another share file as google drive.
- Deleted Data\Core\Languages\English\GUI.xml because it overlaps other localizations.
You need to delete it:
Data\Audio\Sounds\Streamed\Intros\Blel-Tan.ogg
+ Added Data\Core\Languages\English\Attributes.xml to display the Influence and its description.
+ In Data\Core\Languages\English\Units.xml There is a syntactic error in line 359. The name Dire Avengers was not displayed.
+ In Data\Core\Languages\English\Upgrades.xml there is a line break in line 1000. The name and description of T2 Dire Avengers were not displayed.
+ In return Data\Core\Languages\English\GUI.xml, GUI added.xml with CityPowers strings for each faction, because the name of The Asuryan Path was not displayed.
+ There is a syntactic error in Data\Audio\Sounds\Streamed\Intros. The audio in the Biel-Tan video was not playing. Replaced Blel-Tan.ogg with Biel-Tan.ogg.
+ Fixed various icons that have a black background layer in the game.
+ Fixed Data\Core\Languages\English\Traits.xml. The Return of the Eldar feature was not displayed.
The mods are intended this way,if someone wants to revert the headquarters back to their vanilla part it can be done manually:
Data/World/Units/Faction Name/
Headquarters.xml
Erase these three lines :
explosionsBone="Portal"
scale="4.0 4.0 6.0"
portraitZoomModifier="0.8">
Replace them with these two:
explosionsBone="Portal"
scale="1.2 1.2 1.2">
If you feel that the gates are too big you can mod them to normal in the World/Buildings file.

What basically this mod does is bring each Craftworld in game with the idea to keep them as close as possible to the vanilla faction.
It does bring some extra units though.
To answer at your questions,you can perfectly use Children Of Auryan without overriding the vanilla Eldar faction.
In the option menu you can still choose them and then if you scroll down through the various factions you will also find the various factions that come with the mod.
About your second question I do believe it works because the creator of Starting Hero made a submod that makes it compatible with mine.
The submods + and TMV are also updated with the new unit.
I’m in a very busy period of my real life,I’m going to move flat from next month and even starting a new job,so at the moment I have no time for modding.
But for sure once my situation is stabilized I will keep your request in the to do list 👍🏻
