my game is now broken
You can open up the console (~) and type in "fov 90", but this will be reset when you sprint (AFAIK). In order to circumvent this, go to your "Documents\My Games\Skyrim" directory, and add to the bottom of the [General] section in the Skyrim.ini file, "fdefaultfov=90", or your desired value.
I usually play on 110, but nonetheless this mod is pretty handy.
