Weird, I am on the same version of windows and I am not seeing that problem. Anyways I did not make this, as the description says I just used the in app control to alter one of the defaults to work how I wanted it to. So there isnt really much I can do to fix it as it looks to be a problem with the application itself I would guess.

When running on my computer, the screen occasionally flashes black and white alternately. After running the program for about 10 minutes, there was once no response. Win10 System Version Number 19045.4291

Well I just tested it and it appears to work fine for me, so no idea what you are doing wrong.
