But really, should they be available to Chaos? I know that WAR skirted the issue of Raven Host <-> Skaven Clan alliance, but...RH did have Flayerkins. Or I was tripping up there in High Pass, could be(the entirety of the end of Empire story is...quite fantastical, shall we say) . :)

that sounds freaking awesome. by the way, since you relased the mors unit with a banner: how about adding banners for everyone? the comunity could use someone like xoudad but for the skaven instead of the empire. you know what i mean?

I think the flayerkin should just use zombie model but with some chaos assets and hooks for hands. Low Melee attack (zombies), siege attacker, with maybe frenzy or unbreakable, little health/md/armor and armor piercing.

I'd maybe make them more squishy
maybe drop their stats, but give them frenzy
give them a bit more speed, say 55ish

They're fun, but they seem a bit OP. Even without tech and red line buffs, they seem to outperform clanrats in most scenarios. Sure they might not hold the line, but then neither will the clanrats and Flayerkin will take a lot more units down with them before they die. The rampage also serves to protect them from breaking, increasing (indirectly) their staying power.

Can't Warriors of Chaos and Beastmen have Flayerkin? If so can we have three different versions for each Race? One using Skaven parts, one using Norscan parts and one using Beastmen parts?

Sorry to fill your comments, but there is a bit of a compatibility issue with the mod Nanu's Skaven Tweaks, specifically the true vermintide portion that add the ability "Kill eat the wounded" to skenveslaves and clanrats, It seems to also add the ability to the flayerkin. I brought it up with that mod author and they mentioned that they apply it to all units of those units unit sets, so I guess the flayerkin are part of the clanrat unit set? I'm not sure if that's something you'd be willing to look at or alter, but thanks again either way!

So i tried resubbing and its the same. I also disabled every mod except this one and the issue persists so I don't think it's an incompatibility. I wasn't even sure if it was a bug originally because they also don't seem to have it in the picture you have up. Also it's only missing in campaign, in custom battles it's there.

I recently saw a video featuring this unit, though I was already subscirbed, and in it when showing off the flayerkin they seem to have an ability called "human chains" wich gave them vigor recovery on walls. However while using the mod I have never seen this ability. Is this a bug or were they using some other version of the mod?

SFO stats are drastically different from vanilla game, I assume this would need some balance changing regarding to stats, innate buffs, and models within a single unit, which would need a patch, like many other unit. SFO itself isn't updated just yet, so we gotta wait.
