I'm not seeing the necrostaff. Everything else showed up fine. Anyone else have this issue, and does anyone have a fix?

there is another mod (likely a psionic mod) that removes these from the rpgo class select screen. since I have like 200 mods, I can't figure out what one is causing the issue. when I find the culprit, I will post it here. I love this mod and the additional class abilities.

Getting the raise zombie skill doesn't give initiate of the dark arts.

This mod breaks the RPGO ability screen where it freezes when trying to scroll down.

It would be really neat if there was a version of thi mod without the necrostaff dependency.

Such as using the basic assault rifle or cannon. Since you can't really recolor the staff.

Hey mitzuri, how can i change the radius of Mass Raise spell? i got my own playthrough with few friends and i usually tweak stuff for the game, i have edited the radius in Necromancer Class mod itself in the SRC section But it does not seem to take any effect... Do i need to start new game or simply train a new necro for the changes to take effect? or did i edit the wrong file? Aka the Ability Set?

@ronaldb_88 if you use RPGO then use commander's choice in difficulty setting, dont count on random.

I don't know what happen but i don't seem to see the necrostaff available in my inventory

was able to get three necromancers. now zero even with new games. any idea's how to fix this. love this class

You should really consider updating this so everyone can use staves, because this whole "Initiate of the Dark Arts" perk doesn't work as intended. It creates 3 completely unusable classes that have pretty much broken one of my best soldiers. I thought I just needed a stronger Psi Amp, but nope. A lot of people seem to be having the same issue.

@tekumeku RPGO in general should make standard classes "dissappear" because all soldiers should be exclusively of the "soldier" class. You select specializations after the soldier promotes from rookie (when using commander's choice), at which point the three new specializations this mod adds would be options.

I'm having issues with this mod. It keeps making the necromancer class as a whole just dissapear and unusable. Any suggestions?

Are the Combustion and Drain life talents still supposed to require Raise Zombie, or is this some mod conflict?
Rolling Eldritch on random specialisations without Dread too is entirely useless if I can't access the actual abilities because of it.

Having a little trouble if anyone could help. I can pick the skills in rpgo, but the Initiate of the Dark Arts skill never shows up so I can't equip the staff.

Hi awesome mod but i have run into a problem. I have stared a new campaign and have the Initiate Of The Dark Arts on my character and as specified i can use the necrostaff in my primary slot.

The issue is i want to do a class hybrid but can't use primary weapons with this staff
so what ini file do i need to edit to make this possible?

I'm using LWOTC which includes primary secondarys, so i'm assuming i just need to add a line to the offending ini using notepad++.

Help would be much appreciated.

ackward how i just started this game again yesterday wondering what happened to the necro class in rpg then less than a day later it's patched after being unavailable for some time o.o... talk about timing!!!

you will need to rebuild any soldiers using the specs if you do so, in order to make sure they get Initiate Of The Dark Arts. and will likely want to use Remove Missing Mods to get the game to stop bothering you about the other one when you load a save.

Not sure how it'll interact with any non-infinite t1 necrostaffs in HQ inventory. worst case you can console in a t2 staff.

Just don't use them both at the same time, because they use the same spec template names so things could get weird. (which I did so to save bstar a bit of work)

I was able to download a steam backup of the original Necromancer RPGO of which i have used since the beginning of my campaign (mid point now). Could i replace that with this one at all. I am already feeling that the answer will be no but their is no harm in asking.
