Report a translation problem
Definitely need to comment out items in XComContent.ini. I've never deleted any files from a mod's Content folder, no idea how that would go. I assume it wouldn't be an issue, but I dunno.
If I were to remove something, I'm guessing I need to comment them out in the ini then as well?
I seem to remember robojumper saying that the game's intelligent enough not to load assets if the items are disabled like NerevarRising97 says. Ofc, they'll take up disk space.
Personally I disable a lot of items via XComContent.ini in the cosmetic mods I have.
Unless you meant the head/hair/beard being a separate mod, in which case the best you could do is go into the XComContent.ini of this mod, then comment out any of the body parts you don't wish to have present in your game.
