Have to say I love this trailer and the trucks that pull it. Instead of an ore detector I stuck a large grid Nanobot Build & Repair (another mod) unit on it and turned it into a 150m long range salvage and repair trailer :)

Anytime I try to attach the hinge in any way to the VME Light Utility, it just explodes and breaks both the trailer and truck

alright.. let me go print another one.. soon..(gathering materials to make another one currently)

Hmm, So I tried it out with the Iktis attaching to this and a few other trailers and I couldn't find any irregularities.

You could check the custom data of the hinges on the trailer though, the information should be there, if its not on the version you've printed, that would tell me what the problem is

Thanks Dots, will take a look!

@spite - unknown trailer on this one when attaching it to ISL - Iktis RO-100a Light Truck via its programable block.

Its just the vanilla hinge block.

There is a hinge base on the front of the trailer, with two heads attached to it. Then at the back of each truck or trailer is another hinge base part without a head that can attach to it.

what are those hinges called to attach the trailer i like em

Saxmo, usually those servers require you to name them correctly and that leaves it off the clean up list. check with your admin

Ive had an issue with this type of build in survival because the auto clean up considered the subgrid unpowered, and deleted the ore detector/rotor part

Instead of attaching an ore detector, try attaching a couple of large grid batteries. You end up with a very capable power tender.
