I'm also facing this issue but when I hover over the flares they have no flag (number with gear icon, right?). Might be a game bug?

I created another processor to set their flags back to 0 and deleted it after a few seconds then they got back to work. But they keep stopping randonly.

I'm having the same issues as PeLeSki. I just captured Salt Flats in my current game, exited out, came back in, and these schematics aren't working. It looks like Nat included some strings that can be flushed to a message block for debugging purpose, and it seems like the issue it's hanging up on is the flagging of units, where it just cycles between a couple dozen or so values and fails to actually flag anything (i.e. "canidate unit has flag: 783139885,32")
I unfortunately don't know enough about flagging to know how to fix this, but if anyone wants a really ad-hoc solution, you can edit the script to omit the parts involving flagging, but then you'd have a bunch of random flares coming from all over the map to do each individual task, obviously makes things a little inefficient.

@PeLeSki You might be suffering a bug at the moment. Simply copying the logic processor on the map like most blocks will NOT CARRY OVER LOGIC. You will be copying only the physical block, the logic inside will be wiped completely. You'll have to make a schematic of the logic block by itself and place that down instead to copy and paste Logic processors.

Lesnoy, I have done that and yes, it sometimes needs to be corrected, but fixing the mis-selection doesn't help. I'll have another look to see if a "drone is selected", maybe that's a clue. But you can't select units, at least afaik. On many maps the schema works for me, and it's awesome when it works, but on nuclear facility it's stopped working, and I didn't plan for all the belts I should have placed, so I'm an a bit of a quandry there.

PeLeSki, have you tried selecting the processing CPU, to see what are selected? Sometimes drones are deselected or wrong building is selected automatically. Just make sure is you select the CPU, factory and at least one drone should have selection on them. Also, you can try hacking a code a bit, it is not that complicated.

These are great, but mine suddenly stopped working on all maps and I'm unsure why. The flares just sit motionless. I'm using a few other "smart" schemas, like smart surge, and I tend to use processors on unloaders, so I'm not sure if that's affecting it
